i also finally finished tijana's picture... but i think i wana try painting it, i dont like how animated it is.

hey ai-kon was fun!!! i enjoyed talking to all of your that stopped by (and i hope that youve looked at the "brain" portion of my sigh because its a VERY important part of this place. if you havent. please PLEASE read it :3 for those of u who saw my creepy man, the explination is there under "nacho man") and all the artists i met. thanks everyone for visiting. i hope that you all continue to pop in every now and then.
mmmm i dont think il be attending ai-kon next year, or the year after that. over the past year iv been thinking about what i want to do with my art. and fanart and anime isnt something i plan on carrying out. although i want my work to have a bit of an influence, i dont want it to revolve arround it.
also, i dont think i would do well in the following years because i think u really need a passion to do something well. and i dont have that passion anymore. if i feel like i havent done well, then it will feel like iv wasted money and time. so its best to just avoid that ^^' thats just how i am~
thank god school starts in a month. i dont think i can handle any more time off... im going insane o.0 seriousely. or maybe once my roommate comes back il feel more myself. we shall see.
iv registered for sculpture 2, intro to japanese, and medival art history. so il be pretty bussy. im really excited for sculpture and japanese. tomo (roommate) said the only way shes taking me to japan is if i learn japanse (because she doesnt want to have to look after me all the time lol). and sculpture is going to be great.
i already have my first idea. i just need to go get some info first and then im set~
unless i have to do the burning again (which i think i have to). if thats the case. i dont have any ideas yet.... :p sigh.

i haaaaaaaaaaate welding with a passion. my tooth is almost done though... thank god. im so tired of it >.> soo muchh workk..... i think i will look good when its finished though. im excited.
i started working on a new concept with my chubby zombies... i like them a lot better now, and i think it says something rather then having a few cheep laughs. u can see the process with Al. he likes icecream... and hes wearing a swimsuit lol although it may not look like it right now XD

-so my sky instilation failed to function durring the crit... itsmy fault completely... i should have tested it more then what i did rather then sitting arround thinking about it... sigh. lesson learned... i would have been SOOOO happy if it had worked. omg u have no idea. i feel so let down. i think im starting to learn my lesson slowly now though... i gotta start focusing on craftsmenship more...

-pretty much every gallery has been updated!!
- iv started summer session and im doing advance sculpture... so the sculpture area should be updated quite often for the next 2 months...
also, iv decided to "blog" on here and use my current blog area to talk about my concepts and stuff...its mostly going to be for the work i do for school. Gord (my prof) prefers if we hand him in a write-up about our work... and i feel like i express a lot through that writing, plus i would like more then gord to know almost everything about it... so if your curious about one of the works, go look under "bRAIN" and it will tell u the inspiration for the work, the issues with matierials, and the choices iv made in representing the idea.
SO thanks to e, i got a table this year for aikon, so il be going there again this year~ although il be on my own it looks like i_i oh well, maybe il meet some nice ppl :D
